Max International, LLC, its subsidiaries and affiliated companies (together, the “Company”), will conduct its incentive programs substantially as described in these general Incentive Program rules, and by participating, each participant agrees as follows:
- The Pacific Island Hopper Cruise: A 7 day cruise aboard the Pacific Aria operated by P&O Cruises.
- Departing from Brisbane on the 28th September. Returning to Brisbane on the 5th October.
- Qualify through the criteria below and receive an Incentive Cruise from Max

AVAILABILITY:
- Incentive Cruise cabins are available to Max Associates based in Max Australia, New Zealand and Fiji.
- Incentive Cruise cabins are based on double occupancy. An Associate meeting the criteria for a Incentive Cruise may bring a spouse, significant other, family member or friend. Any additional cabin occupancy must be paid for by the Associate or Guest.
INCENTIVE CRUISE QUALIFICATION PERIOD:
- November 2017 – July 2018 inclusive.
CRITERIA FOR A INCENTIVE CRUISE:
New Pin Rank Silver Associates during the qualification period
- Rank advance to Silver for the first time during the qualification period and maintain the Pin Rank of Silver for two consecutive months and receive an incentive balcony cabin upon official confirmation of the second month subject to balcony cabin availability.
Existing Pin Rank Silver and above Associates as of November 2017
- Increase your PIN rank by rank advancing during the qualification period and receive an incentive balcony cabin or ocean view cabin subject to availability upon official confirmation of rank advancement.
- As an existing Silver or above Associate: Increase your PAY rank over your baseline October 2017 PAY rank to either: Minimum Gold PAY rank, and maintain this increased PAY rank for two consecutive months during the qualification period, or Minimum Silver PAY rank, and maintain this increased PAY rank for three consecutive months during the qualification period and help one personally Enrolled Associate Rank Advance to Bronze or more during the promotion period. Do so and receive an incentive balcony cabin or ocean view cabin subject to availability upon the official confirmation of the second month.
- As a Gold or above Associate: Be paid at your PIN rank for three consecutive months during the qualification period plus help a personally enrolled Associate rank advance to Bronze or more during the qualification period and receive an incentive balcony cabin or ocean view cabin subject to availability upon the official confirmation of the fourth month.
Incentive Program Rules:
- All cabins are subject to availability. Limited cabins are available.
- The final date for name changes/transfer of cabins is the 3rd August 2018.
- Additional cabin occupancy above twin share will be subject to availability. Contact Max for any enquiries.
- Any Associate qualifying after all available cabins have been booked and are unable to secure a position on the cruise will be offered a position on the next Max AUNZFJ Incentive trip.
- Incentive cruises are offered ‘as is’ and will not be transferrable or redeemable for cash or other value.
- Associates may opt to reserve their cabin ahead of qualification for an Incentive Cruise by paying in full or with the 'Committed 2 Cruise' payment. Balcony Cabins through Max are $1680NZD per person twin share (for a total of $3360NZD for the cabin). Once the incentive cruise qualification criteria have been met, Max will reimburse the amount of the payments towards the Max reserved cabin booking and fulfil the remainder of the cabin fare. Reimbursement of payments made for those qualifying for a incentive cruise will be up to the value of the booked cabin (not including suites).
- Based on availability, Associates may opt to pay their way by paying Max the full cruise fare irrespective of Pin Rank. Pay a 'Committed 2 Cruise' payment to indicate your intention and then complete payment in full to reserve your balcony cabin until all available cabins are filled, then ocean view cabins subject to availability. Complete payment to Max by the 3rd August 2018.
- Cabin credit for up to one 'Committed 2 Cruise' cabin payment can be applied per cabin, the payment is $55NZD. Upon confirmation of the cabin through payment in full or qualification and acceptance of the incentive cruise, a $50AUD credit will be applied to the cabin. Those making the 'Committed 2 Cruise' payment before the beginning of March 2018 system time will , have an additional $50AUD (for a combined total of $100AUD) applied to the cabin upon confirmation.
- Associates based in other countries wanting to join the cruise and pay their own way will be considered on an individual basis. In an instance of limited availability, preference will be given to Associates who have Active Australian, New Zealand or Fijian based Associate team members in their organisation.
- Requests for triple-cabins and quad-cabins will be subject to availability at time of providing guest names. Children space is limited and allocated only on a space available system once specific names and booking details are provided.
- Anyone making a deposit who does not meet the qualification criteria for a incentive Cruise will be required to complete full payment of the cabin fare to Max by the 1st August 2018. The deposit is not refundable even if an incentive cruise cabin is not received.
- All cruise participants are required to abide by the requirements set out by the Cruise operator.
- All cruise participants will need to make their own arrangements to arrive at the beginning of the cruise and to return home. Associates qualifying for an Incentive Cruise but is unable to arrange transport to arrive in Brisbane will forfeit the Incentive Cruise place.

Max International, LLC, its subsidiaries and affiliated companies (together, the “Company”), will conduct its incentive programs substantially as described in these general Incentive Program rules, and by participating, each participant agrees as follows:
- Incentive cruise(s). The incentive cruise(s) that may be awarded to the eligible recipient(s) are not transferable, redeemable for cash or exchangeable for any other prize. As the incentive cruise is date specific the recipient or recipients must be available on the dates specified. If a recipient cannot be contacted or is disqualified for any reason, the Company reserves the right to determine an alternate recipient or not to award that recipient’s incentive cruise, in its sole discretion.
- PR, Publicity, Promotion; Use of Personal Information. By participating in an incentive program, where allowed by law, all participants and recipient(s) grant the Company exclusive permission to use their names, characters, photographs, voices, and likenesses in connection with promotion of this and other incentive programs and waive any claims to royalty, right, or remuneration for such use. By participating in the Incentive Program, where allowed by law, participants agree that the Company may disclose personal information obtained from participants in the Incentive Program to third parties and use such information for marketing and other purposes.
- Release. By participating in the Incentive Program, each participant and recipient waives any and all claims of liability against the Company, its employees and agents, the Incentive Program’s sponsors and their respective employees and agents, for any personal injury or loss which may occur from the conduct of, or participation in, the Incentive Program, or from the use of any incentive cruise. In order to receive an incentive cruise, participants must sign an official waiver form provided by the Company.
- Taxes. Any valuation of the incentive cruise(s) stated above is based on available information provided to the Company, and the value of any incentive cruise awarded to a recipient may be reported for tax purposes as required by law. Each recipient is solely responsible for reporting and paying any and all applicable taxes related to the incentive cruise(s) and paying any expenses associated with any incentive cruise which are not specifically provided for in the official rules.
- Conduct, Judging, and Decisions. By participating in the Incentive Program, participants agree to be bound by the decisions of Company personnel. Persons who violate any rule, gain unfair advantage in participating in the Incentive Program, or obtain recipient status using fraudulent means will be disqualified. Unsportsmanlike, disruptive, annoying, harassing or threatening behaviour is prohibited. The Company will interpret these rules and resolve any disputes, conflicting claims or ambiguities concerning the rules or the Incentive Program and the Company’s decisions concerning such disputes shall be final. If the conduct or outcome of the Incentive Program is affected by human error, any mechanical malfunctions or failures of any kind, intentional interference or any event beyond the control of the Company, the Company reserves the right to terminate this Incentive Program, or make such other decisions regarding the outcome as the Company deems appropriate. All decisions will be made by the Company and are final. The Company may waive any of these rules in its sole discretion.
- Miscellaneous. Void where prohibited. Odds of being a recipient depend upon the number of participants. Each recipient must submit proof of eligibility and sign the Company’s release form to claim the incentive cruise. The Company may substitute incentive cruises, amend the rules or discontinue the Incentive Program at any time. The Company disclaims any responsibility to notify participants of any aspect related to the conduct of the Incentive Program.
- Law Compliance. The conduct of the Incentive Program is governed by the applicable laws of the State of Utah and of the United States of America, which take precedence over any rule to the contrary herein.
